package/libdrm: fix man page disabling option

Commit 841c695468 (libdrm: change to meson build system) converted the
autotools --disable-manpages to the neson -Dmanpages=false. However, the
actual option is 'man-pages':

    WARNING: Unknown options: "manpages"
