package/htpdate: use /run for PIDFile
- rename pidfile from htpdate to htpdate.pid Fixes: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/htpdate.pid → /run/htpdate.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
