Create a better simulation environment

Currently, we can only simulate individual components, and we have to setup each test manually and individually.

Ideally, we would have something lets lets us simulate the entire project, including running code on a simulated 6502.

One thing that could be an issue memory. We use an SDRAM controller, which means we either have an sdram model or magic mem. Both have pros and cons.
